The National League of Junior Cotillions™ is proud to sponsor the annual "Best Mannered Teacher" program for all students nationwide. NLJC students submit essays naming teachers from their community, past or present, who the feel exemplify the etiquette and manners being taught in our program. When winning essays are chosen, principals, superintendents and the local press are notified of this accomplishment. Teachers who receive the award and the students who wrote the essays are honored and given certificates at the NLJC Spring Ball where the local press in invited to cover the event.
