NLJC prides itself on the training it provides for its Directors across the nation. Annual conventions and workshops provide Directors with an opportunity to receive valuable updates and new material for etiquette and character education, as well as instruction and practice in new line dances and ballroom dance steps. NLJC Conventions are "family oriented" events that not only give Directors the opportunity to receive new etiquette training and master dance techniques, but also offers time for visiting with old friends, and enjoying sites and activites in different locations with family. We encourage Directors to bring their families. NLJC arranges for children's activities to keep the little ones entertained while parents are in meetings. |
