NLJC prides itself on the training it provides for its Directors across the nation. Annual conventions and workshops provide Directors with an opportunity to receive valuable updates and new material for etiquette and character education, as well as instruction and practice in new line dances and ballroom dance steps.

NLJC Conventions give Directors the opportunity to recieve new etiquette training and master dance techniques while also allowing time to visit with old friends and enjoy sites and activites in different locations.

NLJC Conventions and workshops serve hundreds of chapters nationwide. Locations are chosen that will not only suit the needs of our large groups, but also promise to be fun and exciting.
