Lee and Peggy Santos are three time National Champions in Smooth and Latin Ballroom Dance. They have danced nationally and internationally for twenty-five years and taught dance in the private sector. Lee serves as the National Director of Dance at conventions, workshops, and NLJC Director training sessions.

Shawn is the director of the Brigham Young University-Idaho Ballroom Dance Company, the current undefeated U.S. National Collegiate Champions. he is the national chairman of the Youth-College Network of the United States Amateur Ballroom Dancers Association. As a competitor, he was a bronze medalist in the World Latin Dance Championship and in standard style Ballroom was ranked in the top three of the U.S. He was a soloist for the world-renowned Brigham Young University Ballroom Dance Company and has performed around the world. He has been teaching ballroom and social dance to youth and
adults for 20 years. Janie teaches part-time in the BYU-1 Dance Department. She directs ballroom programs in their local middle school, junior high, and high school. She and Shawn own and direct the Idaho Ballroom Academy, a large youth program and they have been running a successful summer ballroom camp for six years. They have seven children and are currently NLJC Director Emerities and serve as dance masters at many conventions, workshops and NLJC training sessions.
   

   
Terri Has been an NLJC Director since 1991. With a degree in dance, she has choreographed many of the line dances taught in the NLJC program. She has been a dance instructor, teaching in a private studio and in the public school system. She has served as an NLJC Dance Master at many conventions, workshops and NLJC training sessions.
 
 
 
 
   

   
Terri Beeson has been an NLJC Director since 2005. She has an extensive background in all forms of dance, but has concentrated on the Ballroom and Latin Dance Genres for the last twenty years. Terri was a featured dancer in Theme Park Stage Shows at Kings Island in Ohio, and Carowinds in North Carolina, and traveled aboard the Queen Elizabeth II Ocean Liner and other Cunard Line ships for several years as a Dancer and member of Cruise Staff Entertainment. She has performed in Japan and London in Opening Acts for Barry Mannilow and Rod Stewart, has performed in TNT Network Specials and numerous commercials and features.

Terri received Gold Level Teaching Certification through the Fred Astaire Dance Studio Organization where she began as an Instructor, was promoted to Manager and eventually Owner of her own Studio. She, her Husband Joe and
two sons, live in Monroe, NC where they have two NLJC Chapters, a 5th Grade Program and Pre-Cotillion.
