| The NATIONAL LEAGUE OF JUNIOR COTILLIONS™ Student Assistants Training Program is designed to offer training to students who are or have been NLJC students.
It is an opportunity to develop his or her own personality and poise working with other assistants and Cotillion members. Not only do the students receive valuable leadership and job training, they receive added recognition as being a part of our national program, and may add this as part of your activities and community services on their
college, scholar, academic, and camp applications.
There are three types of assistants:
· Junior Assistants-In-Training are those in your ih and 8th grade cotillion group who have completed one cotillion season.
· Junior Assistants are those students who are in the 9th and 10th grades who have completed both cotillion seasons.
· Senior Assistants are those who completed Junior Cotillion or from a list of potential students from the community who were invited to apply to become an assistant.
To apply to become an NLJC assistant, students must have an Honor Roll GPA, must be one of upstanding character and be a leader in their school or other outside activities. |
