About Director
Lee Bogle is honored to have been named Director of the Lake Hickory Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions.
A graduate of cotillion herself, Ms. Bogle completed her National League of Junior Cotillion training in the summer of 2017. Professionally, she has utilized her etiquette experience serving in the protocol office for the Office of the Speaker in the United States House of Representatives. After her time serving Congress, Ms. Bogle had the pleasure of employment for a prestigious international lobbying firm located in Georgetown where she prepped executives for courtesies of international travel. Most recently, she has completed Beaumont Etiquette's Duchess Effect Program through the Plaza Hotel Finishing School in New York City, New York.
Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Ms. Bogle has longed to call North Carolina her home. She attended Green Cove Camp for Girls outside of Hendersonville for eight weeks in the summer during her childhood and is a graduate of Elon University. After spending seven years working in our nation’s capitol she returned to North Carolina to work on a congressional campaign in 2004 prior to making her home in Hickory. She has two teenage sons and one terribly spoiled English Springer Spaniel.
Ms. Bogle is passionate about community service. She is active in several civic organizations and enjoys hiking and camping in the mountains, reading, and plaing cards/(mahjong anyone!). She loves but has a lousy tennis game.
You can contact Ms. Bogle at (828) 228-5807 or via email at [email protected].
